Fun Friends Travel is NOT a Travel Agency or Travel Club. Fun Friends Travel started as a way for friends to coordinate and travel together.
📷 When I turned 40, I decided I wasn't waiting to take the BIG trips! I'd traveled to Mexico many times and explored plenty of the U.S., but I hadn't taken those big international adventures I'd always imagined. So I started making them happen—Grand Europe (5 countries), the Yucatán & Chichen Itza, Egypt, and most recently Machu Picchu, Peru and the Amazon Rainforest.
📷 Along the way, I discovered something even better—travel is more fun with friends! Through travel groups, Meetup, local adventures and friends-of-friends, I kept meeting people who wanted to explore too. When I mentioned wanting to get a group together for my next international trip, a wonderful lady told me, “If you build it, they will come.”
📷 So I did—and that's how Fun Friends Travel began! Today I coordinate one big international adventure each year, along with occasional weekend getaways and other opportunities to explore with friends old and new.
Some trips are open to everyone, while others may be designed for a particular age group, women, singles or another shared group. Each trip will always tell you who it's designed for.

You also agree not to hold organizers responsible for their negligence in connection with their content and/or changes in travel plans. You acknowledge that some travel and/or events carry inherent dangers, such as the risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death. By participating in these travel and/or events, you understand and agree that you have freely chosen to assume these risks. Please be aware that with independent events such as these, where travel is booked through a coordinator using travel agents, cruise lines, and other travel-based entities, the coordinator may be receiving compensation for having met a certain minimum number of travelers. This compensation may include everything from free upgrades to a free trip. As the coordinator is volunteering their time and organizational skills, the compensation they may receive is meant as an offset for the hours it takes to coordinate these wonderful trips for their friends. A heartfelt thanks and words of encouragement from those who attend the event is welcome.
